Learning to pay attention to me in a positive way changed my life for the better. Besides taking control of my time and redirecting it to develop health and balance, I gained the ability to take on more responsibility. My earnings went up by 2.5 times since then. My physical well being has also improved considerably. My doctors and blood work are excellent. I have profited from these circumstances and increased both the longevity and quality of life by building on the instinct to pay attention and do something.
